Vision of Mars

Vision of Mars
Search for the stars
A blood red moon
Gold beacon
Hopes of new days
Travel past like Earth
To the tips of the moon
Will return soon
A space station remains
Still in dark
The vision of perfect blue
Brings the touch of nature
Nurtured by God
The spring brings new life
The serpent is gone
Consigned to the rubbish heap
New seeds sewn are ripe in bloom
For a harvest of plenty at angels feet
His mercy dawning, returning all consuming
The fire of spirit
The jaded moon set alight, aflame
With a heavenly glow
Diagonal glimpse of mars could give vertigo
Instead spring bliss subtly kissed by divine loving being at Easter time
Resplendent with passion
Not adhering to fashion but staying true to who you are
In the comfort of the stars, watching and gazing in amazement
Awe and wonder at this fertile life affirming earth given by Gods grace
We are no transient passengers in the search for the stars
But precious carriers of gifts cradled in our beloveds arms
This is love, this is our earth,to give,to reclaim, share, treasure, explore
The benign calling of nature.
